How do I view my grades?

To view your final and official grades for your modules you must view them in your eStudent Records.

To do this, log into the student portal. From there, select “eStudent Records” and then sign in with your student number and password which you use to log into Moodle. You will see a list of “Services” on the left-hand side of the page, you need to click on the bottom option “Your Student Record.” This is where your final overall module results are listed after being calculated by the system.

Grades will be available within your eStudent Record after the Programme Board has taken place at the end of the trimester. Each trimester The Global Online Support Team will email all students with the dates your results will be available, along with further instructions on how to access them.  

All your past module results are also visible to you within your eStudent Record.

It is important that you view your grades in your eStudent Record as this is where your final and official results will be available. Moodle will record your grades for assessments, however, this is only if it has been entered by the module teaching team when they are marking. If you do not receive your grade or feedback in GradeMark, and instead have it directly from your module tutor, it won’t be recorded in Moodle and so won’t be taken into account on there. Therefore, Moodle will not always show your official final grade.
