Why do I need to send a screenshot if I have already sent a URL of the page I am having problems with?
We require a screenshot of the page you are having problems with so that we can see exactly the problem you are experiencing on your particular browser. If you send only the URL, we may not be able to replicate the problem you are experiencing.
How to take a screenshot:
- For a PC – press “Ctrl” and “Print Screen” on your keyboard at the same time. Then open “Paint.” Click “Paste.” This will paste the screenshot of your screen into the window. Save this image. Attach this image in your response to us.
- For Mac – Press “Shift,” “Command” and 3 at the same time. Go to your desktop. You will find the image saved on your desktop. Attach this image in your response to us.
