When will I get a reply from my tutor?
We advise all students to allow up to two working days for your module teaching team to respond to any emails you send. This also applies to posts made on the Academic Discussion forums on your module Moodle page.
Please only follow up emails after two working days have passed. As our academics receive a large volume of emails each day, sending multiple emails will fill up their inbox and delay the response time. We would also ask students to be aware that response times can be slightly longer than this during particularly busy periods (e.g. around submission deadlines, Programme Board of Examiners, etc).
Can I contact other students for advice?
