Turnitin®UK is an external learning tool that supports your development of good academic practice. It helps you to check that you have referenced and cited sources appropriately thus avoided plagiarism; check that the work you are preparing to submit is your own; and seek tutorial advice on how to improve your work. Turnitin®UK creates an ‘Originality Report’ on how your work matches other text based items on the database, which includes electronic books and journals, papers, websites and other student paper.
